Release & Realign: A Community Healing Circle - Monday Evening

Each gathering draws from a blend of accessible techniques, including but not limited to:

• EFT (tapping) to bring awareness to what’s present and support emotional release
• Ask & Receive to invite insight and energetic shifts through focused attention
• TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) to support the release of unwanted attachments and emotional holding

These techniques use focused awareness and gentle acupressure-based methods to support emotional and energetic shifts.

Everyone’s experience is unique, but people commonly notice:

• feeling lighter or less emotionally charged around certain topics
• increased clarity, insight, or perspective
• a softening of habitual reactions or patterns
• greater ease in letting go of what no longer feels aligned
• a steadier, more grounded sense of self

Shifts may be subtle or noticeable, immediate or unfolding over time. There’s no “right” way for it to show up.

This is a guided experience. Sharing is always optional, and there is no pressure to participate in any way that doesn’t feel supportive. You’re welcome to engage actively, listen quietly, or simply rest.

This gathering is offered as a community-supported experience. Contributions help make gatherings like this possible for all.
