Come as you are to this two hour ceremony with Viki guiding you through a transformative journey based on the somatic modality of holotropic breathwork, an experience designed to support you in unlocking your depths, reclaiming old stories & beliefs, and finding emotional release.

The Flow:

• Join up to 10mins. after session officially begins to set up your area
• A short introduction to breathwork + this particular style
• Co created safety by sharing any of: who you are, where you are in this moment, and your intention for this session
• Active breath to a playlist that serves as a bridge for your experience
• Choice to physically release the emotion to a release song with a scream, tapping, humming, singing or other somatic releases that feel aligned
• Integrative time after the active breathing with shares, writing, drawing, and communing

In this sacred space, you’re invited to begin untangling stuck energy, processing deeply held emotions, and furthering the journey toward self-liberation. As you breathe in harmony with the chosen melodies, you may forge a profound connection with your inner self.

This session is a celebration of your authenticity, a journey towards safety in release, and a connection with the compassionate and powerful spirit residing within you! You are whole, you are resourced, and you are supported. Lean in!

Please come prepared with:

• Comfortable clothing [not too tight]
• A yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on
• A blanket
• A pillow or bolster for added comfort + the scream
• A journal + pen + colored pencils
• Cover for eyes
• An open heart and mind
