About this Event
Do you live with a chronic health condition such as anxiety, depression, or pain or insomnia? Do you live in a state of constant fear, hypervigilance and deal with panic attacks? Would you like to heal from past trauma? Or maybe your stress stems from juggling work and being a parent? Do you experience career dissatisfaction and not sure what to do about it? Are you wanting to deepen your spirituality?
Then, join Sarah on 3rd Thursdays from 630-8pm in a calming and restorative experience. Through the immersion of vibrational sounds, your brain waves will slow down from beta, alpha to theta that will help you to drop into a deeply relaxed state, but without falling asleep.
Through the use of both harmonious and dissonant sounds, you will have the opportunity to release chronic stress, balance your nervous system and hormones - all necessary for managing a chronic health condition. You will begin to heal from past trauma by not only releasing suppressed or repressed emotions, but sound healing also calms the amygdala, our Fight or Flight center of the brain. Ultimately, you will be guided back to your true nature. A place where you experience unconditional love and acceptance. You will leave class feeling recentered- ready to embrace your daily life. And experiencing stillness will help you tap into clarity and purpose about how to live your most authentic life.
đď¸Periodically, will incorporate yoga nidra, a sleep-based form of meditation that has many of the same healing benefits.
â¨This class is held at ReNew Wellness in Gilbert, a center serving the mental health community with cutting edge modalities such as ketamine and TMS Therapy. Class is open to the community. Space allowed for 15. Please arrive 10-15 min early to get settled. Sarah will greet you in the lobby.

Four recline chairs available ~ first come first serve.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and water.
Each person offered an eye pillow
Head pillow and knee bolster offered for those on mats.
