About this Event
We've entered a season of busy-ness that may have you feeling burnt out. During this sound journey, you can experience sounds that will:
* help you to feel replenished and offer an energetic reset
* help you to feel more relaxed, at peace and clarity, and reduced physical tension
* provide the opportunity to go within and take stock of what you need to release

What to expect/bring:
* Please arrive at 1 pm and the sound bath will begin by 1:10. We'll end by about 2:15.
* Your facilitator Jasmine will play a set of instruments, including crystal sound bowls, drums, and chimes. No meditation experience or flexibility is needed! All are welcome, just show up to receive.
* Participants will be lying down on yoga mats throughout the sound bath. If you’d like to sit in a chair rather than lying down or have any specific concerns, send me a message.
* Bring a yoga mat and/or blanket, a pillow, and a scarf to place over your eyes. If you don’t have a yoga mat, there will be mats and bolsters available at the studio.
