The evening begins with a 1-hour Full Moon Ceremony, incorporating grounding techniques, intention setting, movement, and guided journaling to support emotional release and inner clarity. Following the ceremony, immerse yourself in a deeply restorative 90-minute candlelight session combining Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and Sound Healing. This nurturing practice is designed to reset the nervous system, support energetic rebalancing, and gently release what no longer serves you—creating spaciousness for healing, transformation, and to rise up WITHIN ✨️🌙
✨️What do i bring? You can bring a notebook, pen, blanket, pillow, your yoga mat, and water. If you need to borrow a blanket or pillow we will have extras.
