Join us in person to unwind, let go, and hit the refresh button on life’s chaos.About this Event
Join The Black Girl Agenda and Sisters of The Sun for an intentional afternoon of reflection, movement, and restoration during Mental Health Awareness Month.
Release & Restore: A Soft Reset for the Second Half is a communal wellness experience designed to help Black women pause, breathe, and release what no longer serves them as we prepare for the second half of the year.
Through guided conversation, grounding yoga, breathwork, and affirmations, attendees will gather in community to reflect on what they are letting go of — whether it be burnout, fear, self-doubt, anxiety, grief, pressure, or survival mode.
This experience is rooted in softness, healing, and intentional care.
Together, we’ll:
✨ Sit in community and participate in a guided release circle
✨ Experience a beginner-friendly grounding yoga flow
✨ Practice breathwork and nervous system regulation
✨ Close with affirmations and meditation
✨ Connect with like-minded Black women in a safe and restorative space
Whether you’re entering a new season, carrying emotional weight, or simply looking for a moment to exhale — this space was created with you in mind.
