Come and join me for the first event of the year, as you experience three incredible modalities, salt therapy, sound healing and seichim reiki. This is a truly unique and amazing experience, held in the beautiful Himalayan Salt Cave at Breathe Stretch Float.
While you relax in this sacred space, pure salt is dispersed as a fine mist into the room. Salt therapy (halotherapy) has numerous health benefits including: boosting the immune system, relieves symptoms of allergies, COPD, asthma, coughs, stress, anxiety, sinusitis, respiratory issues, fatigue, eczema and psoriasis. Salt is a natural anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. Salt therapy can greatly improve breathing problems, especially those caused by flu/covid. As well as being incredibly beneficial for your health, it is the most beautiful space to relax in and just be. Salt is also the perfect way to cleanse your energy. You will be bathed in a reiki infused sound journey with tibetan and crystal bowls, drums, gong, koshi and tibetan bells.
Sound healing has many benefits: lowers blood pressure, reduced stress and anxiety, clears energetic blockages, boosts the immune system, boosts energy levels, clears and balances the chakras (energy centers in our body), increases focus and clarity, improves sleep, calms the nervous system, improves circulation, promotes well-being and brings harmony to the mind, bdy and spirit.
Seichim Reiki is called "The Power of Powers". It's a beautiful, nurturing energy that helps realign, release and shift blocked or stagnant energy in or around the body. It works on all auric levels simultaneously. It can clear blockages, belief systems and actions that might be holding you back on your healing journey. It connects you with "All love" and from that source comes a greater opportunity to connect to your soul purpose and promotes natural balance between mind, body and soul.
