Relaxing Sound Bath - New Year Reset

Ready to start the year feeling refreshed? Join us for this restorative sound healing session at the Studio Space at Television Centre and allow yourself a moment to pause and reset. We, Annalisa and Louise of Sonic Therapists, love offering sound experiences together and were thrilled to win the Muddy Stilettos Award 2025 for Best Wellness provider in London.

We look forward to welcoming you to this event, we will begin by setting a personal intention to ground your experience. Then, all you need to do is lie down comfortably, get cosy, and close your eyes. We will play various instruments around you, selected for their vibratory healing frequencies, and use our voices to weave a soothing soundscape. There is no pressure to do anything other than relax and drift off wherever the sound takes you.We hope you will leave the session feeling held, restored, and rejuvenated, ready to move into the new week with a sense of peace and clarity.

No experience is necessary—just allow the healing power of sound to wash over you. Whether you’re new to sound baths or a seasoned participant, this session offers the perfect environment to quiet your mind, release tension, and emerge refreshed and centered.

• The studio provides yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer

• A blanket or duvet
• An eye mask if you like to use one
• A pillow or cushion for your head, and perhaps also a cushion for under your legs
• An open heart and willingness to receive 💛
• Optional: water bottle

Doors open 9:45am.

Doors close promptly at the start time to preserve the quiet space.
