WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE?
During a sound bath, participants will lie down and get comfortable with blankets and pillows whilst being immersed in the vibrations of sound therapy instruments - therapeutic singing bowls, chimes and other instruments. During the session you may experience deep relaxation and release of blockages and tensions, as well as calming down the stressful thoughts and emotions that are often accumulated in the body.
We encourage you to invite your loved ones and friends who may also benefit from this unique experience!

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU?
Please bring a yoga mat (camping mattress is great too), as well as a pillow, an eye mask and a BLANKET so that you are warm and cosy!! If you have a bolster bring it too to support your knees (and a lower back).

***H&S and Accessibility***
Special cautions for participation in the sound sessions: people with a pacemaker, pregnant women (to be agreed with a host), people suffering from epilepsy or severe mental health issues (GP/your consultant's consultation might be advised prior to attending the sound healing session).
If you use a hearing aid it is advisable to turn it off for the sound bath part of the event.
The venue is accessible for the wheelchair users.
We know that ticket price is a huge barrier for some, and we try to have a free space available for those who can't afford to pay the recommended price. If you think you are in need of healing and cannot afford the ticket - simply email me on [email protected] ( I cannot guarantee a free ticket for a fully pre-booked event).
