About this Event
You are invited to an intimate and deeply relaxing Sound Bath & Energy Healing journey, created to soothe your nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore your natural balance.
In this small, sacred gathering of only 8 people, you’ll be guided into a state of profound relaxation through the healing vibrations of sound. As a Reiki Master, I will also be offering intuitive energy healing throughout the session — gently working with each participant’s energy field, chakras, and emotional body to support release, clarity, and renewal.

Instructions
To make the most of your experience, please bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket (and pillow if you like) for extra coziness
• Water bottle to stay hydrated
• Comfy clothes — soft, warm, and relaxing
• Optional: Journal & pen for reflections afterward
• Optional: Crystals or sacred objects you’d like charged with healing energy
Everything else you need will be provided — just arrive ready to rest and receive 💗
