Crystal Sound Bath & Relaxing Movement!

Have you heard about Crystal Sound Baths? Been Curious? Or want to add a little movement to your sound experience to release and get the energy within you flowing?! This in-person event is perfect for all levels!
The movement portion of the class is led by Sienna Moore of Grateful Yoga, who's love for yoga started when she was 4 years old! She discovered a deeper love for the anatomy, muscles, and connective tissues during her Kinesiology studies at Western Washington University. After early education, she continued her journey completing her first 200 hours of yoga training.
Restorative Yoga is slow and rejuvenating for the body, holding each gentle pose for longer. This allows you to sink deeper, create more space within the muscles and ultimately releasing stress & tension. Restorative yoga is done solely on the mat, and with the use of props to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
During the slow movement, you will immerse yourself in the soothing high vibrations of healing sounds facilitated by Elissa Moore utilizing crystal singing bowls, didjeridoo, gong, and other healing sounds to assist you in a state of relaxation.
Mats, meditation cushions, bolsters, and blocks are provided, please feel free to bring anything that makes you more comfortable (blanket, pillows, eye coverings).

Space is limited, reserve yours soon!
Shop hours are 12-3pm on Sunday. Doors to the event open at 9:50am & close promptly at 10am. The session gently ends at 11:30am, allowing you time to re-integrate into your day.
