Through breath, movement, and guided nature visualizations, we’ll remember our deep connection to the land and to each other. Expect visualisation meditation, crystals, candles, healing herbs, oracle cards and connecting to the season.
After sharing tea and homemade cake, we’ll wander five minutes to the enchanted woodland spa—a sanctuary of sauna, hot tubs, and cold plunges beneath the trees—where water, fire, and forest hold space for renewal.

A yoga mat, cushion and blanket.
Bottle of water
Swimsuit and 2 towels (one for in the sauna)
Comfortable clothes for yoga
