Join us for a donation-based Relaxation Yoga & Sound Bath held inside the warm, candlelit atmosphere of Sinister Coffee & Creamery. This gentle, accessible practice is designed to help you slow down, release the weight of the season, and realign your energy as the Yule nights draw on.
The evening will begin with slow, grounding movement and supported poses, suitable for all bodies and experience levels. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful sound bath featuring resonant tones, soothing vibrations, and intentional pauses—allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to soften.
