About this Event
The holidays can feel like a blender on high speed. This session gives you ninety minutes to step out of the noise and back into yourself. We will move through gentle, guided breath patterns and intentional breath holds designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring you back to a grounded state of peace.
Whether you are stressed, stretched thin, or simply craving a moment of stillness, this practice will help you reset your body, regulate your breathing, and leave with a clear, centered presence you can carry into the rest of the season.

What to Bring
A yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, comfy clothes, and anything that helps you relax like an eye mask or journal. Some cozy blankets and pillow provided. Eye masks avaliable as well.
What to Expect
Gentle guided breathing, slow holds, deep nervous system downshifting, and a calm reset that leaves you clear and grounded for the holiday rush.
Contraindications
This session is gentle, but breathwork still affects the nervous system. Avoid this practice if you are pregnant, have uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, serious cardiovascular issues, epilepsy or a history of seizures, or any condition where breath retention is not advised. Consult your doctor if you are unsure. Always listen to your body and participate at your own pace.
