Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced in complete stillness.
The body lies down. The nervous system softens. The mind gradually becomes quiet.
Rooted in ancient yogic tradition this practice explores the state between waking and sleep - where awareness remains present while the body deeply rests.
There will be a subtle inner focus woven into the practice - something personal, something quiet - that you will carry with you through the session.
Lucia (yoga teacher) will guide you continuously from beginning to end. Just her voice. No rush. A steady, grounded space to settle.
