Weekly Class
A mix of a somatic slow flow, with Yin and Restorative Yoga. You will be encouraged to go deep within and connect to your body sensations, finding tension to melt and pleasure to expand through.
Jósa will use support from her energy healing background to sense what is required each time. Sometimes she will invite in special sounds or reiki energy to flow to you as you relax. Jósa’s calm voice and presence will make sure you get home to bed in a pretty chilled state, filling the rest of your week with ease and tenderness.
Rental mats available if you do not have your own.
Jósa Goodlife works as an Energy Healer, Empowerment Coach, Yoga Teacher and an Artist. Just relocated in Alameda CA, Jósa has been living in Brooklyn, NY the last seven years, with her roots originally from Iceland where she still has a deep connection and frequently visits.In her work, Jósa serves her clients with Access Bars® sessions, Akashic Records readings, Yoga, Reiki and other healing Body Processes. She uses the tools of Access Consciousness® in her sessions along with her guided intuition.
Everyday miracles, magic and the joy of living are Jósa’s favorite places to be - as well as having tons of fun through artistic creations and playing with her four legged wonder, Dottie Moon the dog.
