Relax, Relate, Release: A Soulful Slow Flow

Relax, Relate, Release. is a soulful yoga experience designed to help you slow down, soften your body, and let go.

This weekly yoga series is rooted in rest, breath, and intentional release. The practice is slow, grounding, and beginner-friendly. This is not about performance or fitness, but presence and care.

This class is donation-based as we open this weekly offering.

Suggested minimum donation: $10. Please give what feels aligned.

Come as you are. Leave lighter.

🧘🏾‍♀️ What to Bring / Arrival Info

• A yoga mat (limited mats may be available)
• Comfortable clothing you can move and rest in
• Water bottle
• Optional: blanket, pillow, or journal
  

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.

Light refreshments will be offered to the class.
