About this Event
Take a Sunday morning out of your busy schedule to relax and rejuvenate both body and mind by engaging in simple yet profound meditations designed to help you to keep your mind positive and peaceful in the midst of busy daily life.
Each meditation session will consist of a brief prayer, followed by a short meditation on the breath to help settle the mind, a set of instructions for the session, after which we will engage in a longer (approx. 20 – 30 min) guided meditation. During sessions and breaks there will also be an opportunity to discuss your meditation practice with the Teacher.
This retreat is suitable for beginners to meditation and experienced meditators alike – everybody is welcome!

* Note that refreshments are provided during the breaks throughout the day but lunch is not provided.
Event Fee: $45 per person
