When: Friday, December 12th, 3:00-4:00pm CT
Format: In-Person at the Osher Center for Integrative Health (3401 West End Ave, Suite 380, Nashville, TN, 37203).
Cost: $20/attendee
Facilitated by: Dr. Lindsey McKernan, PhD., MPH.

Description:

This single-session group offering intends to support shifting into deep, restorative relaxation during the often busy holiday season. We will provide an introduction to hypnosis, discuss the benefits of hypnosis toward physical wellness and engage in a 25-minute guided practice, which will be recorded and available for home use afterward.

Cancellation policy:
