Luna with Sol Yoga presents a 30 minute meditation and breath work class held at Gather in Midtown Anchorage AK.Some classes will primarily be breath work focused (which can be real work at times)
Some classes will be more nidra focused (the state being your subconscious mind)
Some classes will blend a couple yin yoga poses with a guided breath into silence.
The benefits of meditation include (but not limited to)
-reduced stress & anxiety
-improves mood & creativity
-enhances focus & concentration
-less reactive and more receptive in responses
-greater sense of trust & inner peace
You really only need to be a few minutes of consistency, but if you’d like to be guided and have accountability, please join us.
