Leave more deeply in love. More deeply connected.
That is what happens at Relationship Alchemy Events.
A couple walks in a little uncertain and walks out feeling a renewed sense of excitement about their romance, their love.
Some couples come because their relationship is already good and they want to go deeper.
Other couples come because something that used to feel easy has gotten a little harder over time. Not broken. Just quieter. Harder to access. And they’re ready to change that.
The only thing you need to walk in with, is each other with a genuine desire to deepen what you have.
Come dressed for a date with your beloved. This date is in a yoga studio, so come dressed attractively but comfortably.
What the afternoon actually feels like:
Picture this: you arrive, the space is warm and beautiful, soft music playing. You and your partner settle in with each other, next to other couples who showed up for the same reason you did. Within the first half hour, you’re laughing with your beloved in a way that feels easy and surprising at the same time.
Then things slow down. You will immerse yourself in “Moments of Love”. Short activities that are fun to do with each other and help you become more in tune with each other's energy.
You look at your partner and see them. Not the person who forgot to call the plumber or stayed too late at work. Not your co-parent. Not your roommate. But your beloved. The person you chose.
You turn toward each other, really turn toward each other, and something in the room gets very quiet and very full at the same time.
There’s a conversation about what you’re building together, one that most couples never quite get to, and you’ll find yourselves saying things you’ve been meaning to say for a while.
You will practice being “us" and not just two “me's”. You will explore how to apply this, even when you are arguing. And of course, how to explore “being an US” when things are feeling really good between the two of you.
By the time you leave, you’ll have a simple practice or two in your hands that you actually want to bring home. Something small enough to do on a random night and real enough to matter when you do.
This “Relationship Alchemy Date Night” is a date with your beloved. A real one. You will find yourselves in a private bubble of connection with each other. You will connect deeply and see one another with fresh eyes.
What you’ll leave with:
- A renewed sense of intimacy with your partner. Not the idea of it. The felt experience of it, in your body. You will feel the sacredness of your love.
- Fresh eyes for the person sitting next to you. One of the things we hear most often afterward is some version of: I forgot how much I love being with you.
- A simple, specific practice you can bring into your daily life that keeps the connection alive. Not a concept. Something you already did once in the room, which means you already know it works.
- And a question or two that will probably keep your conversation going all the way through dinner.
Michael Trachtman and Dr. Penelope (Penny) Goldmuntz are a married team who guide couples into deeper connection, romance, and sacred partnership.Together we lead Relationship Alchemy—a blend of psychology, shamanic ritual, heart-opening ceremonies, and experiential practices to help couples reconnect, communicate with ease, and co-create their “Story of Us.”
Penny is a licensed Psychologist (Psy.D.), Registered Nurse, and ISTA faculty member with over 30 years of experience helping people heal trauma, cultivate intimacy, and thrive.
Michael is an ordained Mystical Rabbi, facilitator, and community builder known for bringing clarity, sacredness, and deep heart-wisdom to every space he leads.
They create safe, loving containers where couples feel seen, supported, and able to rediscover the magic in their relationship.

Parking: There is a municipal parking lot a block away on Spring St. You can also find parking on Mt. Auburn. The entrance for this event is on Mt Auburn St.
