Om Relationell närvaro

Relationell närvaro är en praktik med fokus på att uppmärksamma och vara med det som framträder i mötet med sig själv och andra. En organisk gruppmeditation, eller relationell mindfulness. Ett sätt att utforska hur det känns att vara med andra bortom vanliga konventioner och normer, med utgångspunkt i sin egen upplevelse.
Vi utgår bland annat från dessa 5 principer:
Owning your experience
Trusting experience
Commitment to connection
Being with the other in their world
Staying with the level of sensation

Relational Presence is a practice focused on noticing and being with what emerges in the encounter with oneself and others. An organic group meditation, or relational mindfulness. A way to explore what it feels like to be with others beyond usual conventions and norms, based on one's own experience.
