Join Amrita on the 15th June at the Yoga Garden yurt for this wonderful rejuvenating summer retreat. Enjoy a full day at the yurt for your own self care or come with a friend or loved one.
As an 800 hour certified Jivamukti teacher Amrita will be offering an invigorating morning practice inspired by the Jivamukti Yoga method. We will set our intentions and cultivate a deeper sense of connection and presence through a practice focused on standing and balancing postures. Standing and balancing postures ignite the root chakra and keep us grounded.
We will then enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch together and will have time to enjoy the surroundings at Knepp, with time for relaxation and detoxification in the wood fired sauna and wild swimming In the lake.
During the afternoon there will time to book an optional 30 minute massage with one of The Yoga Garden Therapists, or simply relax or walk on the beautiful re wilding estate. The day will finish with guided yoga nidra and meditation bringing us finally to a state of peace and presence, ending our time together with a nourishing closing circle and tea.
Price includes 2 x yoga/meditation sessions, vegetarian lunch, 60 minute sauna session and wild swimming.
