About this Event
Being a mother is an immense responsibility. We can become overwhelmed and fatigued by the day-to-day of parenting. It can drain us of our creativity and energetic resources.
In this day-long, arts-based workshop, you'll:
- Reawaken your creative energy with art exercises and mindfulness practices
- Explore the constraints of modern motherhood
- Creatively transform what’s ready to be released
- Develop a new vision that inspires and empowers you
- Practice tools to sustain your creative well-being on your parenting journey
In this workshop, we’ll look at the Mother archetype throughout time and culture, explore the influences on how you show up in this role, and release what's not working for you.
Through therapeutic art exercises, myth, tarot, and personal and collective wisdom, you will create a new, inspiring, and empowering symbol of motherhood (all materials included).
You don't have to go it alone, you are warmly welcomed to join us.
