Reimagining Fair Work in Scotland
Hoster by the Centre for the Transformation of Work

The Centre for the Transformation of Work (CTW) at Heriot-Watt University is pleased to host a one-day forum bringing together researchers, workers, policymakers, trade unions, charities, employer bodies and public agencies to discuss some of the most pressing challenges facing fair and inclusive work in Scotland today.

This event focuses on forms of work and worker experiences that often sit at the margins of mainstream Fair Work discussions, including:

  • inequality and exclusion in STEM,
  • platform and gig economy work,
  • disability and workplace accessibility.
