About this Event

This one-day workshop has been developed for restorative practitioners who are seeking to consolidate and/or extend their facilitation practice, and for leaders and managers interested to expand the scope of their programs.

Participants will:

  • explore how to adapt restorative processes when dealing with (i) complex cases involving harm, or (ii) situations in workplaces and other communities that involve a complex set of entangled issues;
  • analyse combinations of circle processes and techniques that can help facilitators and participants address complex situations constructively;
  • revise skills for diagnosing situations, defining process(es), and preparing participants;
  • examine a learning system which uses reflective practice to support practitioners to learn on-the-job, individually and collectively.

You may also be interested in attending our other one day workshop ‘Facilitating Restorative Circles (including with large groups)’ on the 17th of June 2026. These two workshop days are standalone in content but can be booked together as they are being delivered on adjacent days.

This event has been CPD approved by the Restorative Justice Council. Attendees who participate in the full 6 hours of the workshop will receive a certificate for 6 CPD hours.

Cost: £100 (early bird) / £120 (full price)

Early bird rate is available until 30 April 2026

The workshop is fully catered with tea, coffee, and lunch provided.

We are aware that many people can have their registration fees covered by their organisation/employer as part of their CPD and would prefer to be invoiced for the workshop cost. We can invoice for multiple attendees and workshops on one invoice – please contact [email protected] to arrange this.
