REIMAGINE Center Design-a-Thon

Join the REIMAGINE Center Design-a-thon, a hands-on competition where UC San Diego students will collaborate, innovate and tackle challenges in organ transplantation. 

While scientific advances continue to improve transplant outcomes, many patients lack the tools, guidance and support needed to find a living donor. 

The challenge brings together organ transplant experts, design leaders and innovators, offering hands-on mentorship and real-world insights to help you develop impactful solutions and present them to judges.

What you get for registering:

• A chance to win an exclusive paid internship at the REIMAGINE Center
• Portfolio-worthy projects including UI/UX designs, interactive tools, etc.
• Networking opportunities with professionals from REIMAGINE Center and UC San Diego Design Lab
• First 25 registrants will receive a $25 gift card upon completing their pitch
• Food and refreshments will provided during the Design-a-thon challenge
