Set in a heated barn & 4 acres of gardens, woodland & meadow, this is a slow, grounded day of rest, space & gentle, optional experiences.

Just time to breathe, reset & return.

Nicola has been teaching yoga and meditation for over a decade and teaches in a compassionate style. Expect to move with awareness of your unique body, feel grounded and relax deeply. Nicola also intertwines EFT tapping, mindfulness and sound healing into her practices, to bring about a uniquely healing experience.

I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Healer &
Gong Practitioner & teacher.
I am a Women's Circle Facilitator & Teacher of the Shamanic Munay-Ki 9 rites of initiation.
I have 15 yrs of Mahayana Buddist practice including meditation.
Trained in Shamanic Energy Medicine.
An Akashic Records Practitioner (including soul retrieval, timeline and past & future life work).
A certified Energetic Space Clearing Practitioner, Earth Alchemist & Dowser.
Trauma informed with Mental Health Level 3 diploma, Grief literate and Addiction aware.
I run my own wellbeing business, Training School & Reiki Clinic REIKISPACE which hosts events & retreats & treatments at my barn in the North Essex countryside (the retreat location).
I have been honoured to have trained with highly respected Sound Healers, Reiki Masters, Dowsers, Priestesses & Shamans.
PLEASE BRING:
Blanket
A mat or two to lay comfortably on a hard wood floor.
Pillow
Sleep eye mask (I have spare)
Drinking water bottle
Cosy socks
Comfy clothes
If using sauna:
2 x towels
Swim costume
Sliders/flip flops
NB- There will be gongs played during this event.
Gong playing is a safe, healthy and relaxing experience and often a release from one's usual busy head space.
A special and incredible releasing experience.
Different for everybody and different every time!
Fantastic for stress and sleep difficulties.
No experience needed, just lay back and allow the gong sounds to wash over you.
PRECAUTIONS
Pregnancy (not recommended under 3 months, due to unstable nature of any condition which is 'sound sensitive' or could be triggered by sound.
Tinnitus/Menieres/Epilepsy - any condition which is 'sound sensitive' or could be triggered by sound.
Metal implants/pins/screws/pacemaker etc (can resonate the metal and also change the rhythum of a pacemaker).
Mental Health condition (anyone with a serious mental health condition)
All attendees will be required to sign a disclaimer at the start of the event.

Deposits are non refundable.
