Attendees are also encouraged to bring a list of names of those they would like to send light to during our opening meditation.
During the Reiki Healing Circle, Reiki Practioners will work with the energy body to help balance the energy field. Energy is guided to facilitate the body's natural healing response. Anyone with Reiki Level 1 attunement or greater is welcome.
Reiki Information:
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation and well-being. Reiki is a two syllable Japanese word meaning universal life force. The word comes from the Japanese words rei, which means universal, and ki, which means a flow of life force energy.
Rei means universal, omnipresent – present everywhere at the same time. Esoterically Rei means spiritual consciousness, the omniscient wisdom from the Creator or the higher self. Ki is the non physical vitality that gives life to all living things.
Ki energy is fundamental to wellness and profoundly impacts our lives and the health of our bodies, minds, and spirits. Ki energy is activated for the purpose of healing.
