In this class, we will move through a mindful slow flow with postures that support flexibility, balance, and ease of movement. This moving meditation is intended to help you move, breathe, and rest more easily. We will have an extended Savasana with the option to receive hands-on or distance Reiki. Reiki is a style of energy healing that is designed to cleanse the auric field, promote balance in the energy centers of the body or chakras, and promote sensations of deep relaxation and wellbeing.
