REIKI YOGA IS HERE - Friday 3rd October - 1900hrsA Sacred Blend of Movement, Breath & Energy Healing
Our Reiki Yoga session invites you into an hour of peaceful restoration and energetic alignment. It’s designed for anyone in need of a pause, a reset, and a moment to come home to themselves.
We begin by settling into the body and breath—through grounding breathwork that helps still the mind and awaken your awareness of Reiki energy.
From there, we gently move through a sequence of slow, nourishing yoga postures. Each pose is an invitation to release tension, clear energetic blocks, and create space for flow, ease, and connection.
To close, you’ll be guided into an extended Savasana—a time of deep rest. While you lie in stillness, I will offer a short, hands-on Reiki experience, placing my hands gently on or just above the body. This short Reiki taster is offered with care, and serves as a loving introduction to what a full Reiki treatment can offer.
This session is open to all.
No yoga experience is needed.
No Reiki training or spiritual practice required.
Just come with an open heart, a willingness to receive, and a blanket or two to help you feel held.
