In Caroline’s mat classes you will never do the same session twice, keeping your mind and body on their toes – both figuratively and literally! Pilates is the core form Caroline designs her classes around but a touch of yoga is thrown in to stretch and aid relaxation, adding a dynamic element to classes.
Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will help strengthen and stabilizes your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility. Open to all, just turn up & have a go. A floor exercise mat is required.
