Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique that channels universal life force energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The term “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning spiritual, and “ki,” meaning life energy. Practitioners use gentle hand movements, sometimes just above the body, to guide energy and encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Reiki is non-invasive, gentle, and can be learned and practiced by anyone with a sincere desire to help themselves and others. The Reiki training journey is typically structured in several levels, with Level 1 and Level 2 serving as the foundational courses. These classes introduce students to the philosophy, history, and techniques of Reiki, as well as practical applications for self-care and the care of others.
This workshop includes both traditional and contemporary forms of Reiki. Which includes techniques with crystals, grounding, client care, and more.
