is a Japanese form of energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called “hands-on healing” through which a “universal energy” (Prana/Chi/Ki/Ka) is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional and/or physical healing. Reiki relieves stress & anxiety, reduces chronic pain, and improves your immune system!
In this class you will learn the history of Reiki, how it works, in-depth information on the Chakras (energy centers of the body), and protective practices for you as the practitioner. After this course you will be able to do Reiki on yourself, pets, & family members.
