Our fall Garden Talk will be "How to Make Your Yard More Eco-Friendly," presented by Savonnah Herring, a senior at Taylor University studying Communication and minoring in Sustainable Development. Looking for simple, practical ways to create a yard that’s healthier for your family, local wildlife, and Elkhart’s waterways? Join us on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 1pm to dig deeper into how simple eco-friendly landscaping and maintenance can truly be! Whether you live on a river and want tips on erosion, are wondering why the monarchs no longer visit your street, or are just looking for manageable first steps toward a greener yard, you’ll leave with the knowledge and tools to get started.
Please come to the loggia by the greenhouse. This talk is open to the public and free to attend.
