? 3pm | Arrive, check-in, and enjoy a soothing cup of tea as you connect with fellow participants.
? 3:30pm | After settling in with some gentle movement to help release restlessness and prepare for deep relaxation, you’ll be immersed in 70 minutes of restorative yoga, where you'll be fully supported by props to encourage deep rest. During this time, experience personalized, hands-on Reiki healing, aligning your energy with the balance of the equinox.
