Reiki Sound Bath Immersion

Join us for a Reiki Sound Bath with Nichole Katsikas and Nevin Dizdari.

This deeply restorative experience is designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and a connected sense of presence within the body. The evening will begin with a brief grounding meditation to help you arrive fully in the space. From there, you’ll be immersed in a therapeutic sound journey created to soothe and recalibrate.

As Nevin layers resonant frequencies through crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments, Nichole will offer intuitive Reiki energy and optional, gentle somatic touch to those who wish to receive it.

This co-facilitated offering invites deep rest, emotional softening, and inner attunement, an invitation to be held by sound, intention, and community.

We are offering 3 Thursday evenings in February: 12th, 19th & 26th.

WHAT TO BRING:

⁃ An eye mask, a bolster or any other props to make you more comfortable (mats will be provided)

⁃ Comfortable clothing, including layers to keep warm

⁃ Any sacred items you’d like to charge (crystal, photo, jewelry, etc)

⁃ Water to stay hydrated

ABOUT YOUR GUIDES:

Nichole is a certified Reiki and Somatic Alignment practitioner and somatic sex educator. Her trauma-informed work supports others in feeling more at home in their bodies and empowered in their lives. Find her on Instagram, @nicholekatsikas

Nevin is a sound-healing facilitator, yoga instructor, and singer-songwriter. Her work bridges sound and energy with nervous system regulation and subconscious re-patterning to support deep relaxation and inner alignment. Nevin uses intentional sound frequencies, voice, and rhythm to create grounded, immersive spaces where the body can feel safe enough to reset, restore, and return to balance.
