Reiki + Sound Bath at the Beach
During this Reiki + Sound Healing - Allow the sand to ground you, the salt air to cleanse you, and the sound vibrations to gently guide you into deep relaxation and energetic alignment. Reiki Energy will be woven throughout the experience, supporting emotional release, nervous system reset, and heart-centered expansion.
Sacred Waters Edge Release Ritual - At sunset, we'll walk together to the shoreline for a powerful energetic release ceremony. you'll be guided to let go of what no longer serves you -- old stories, stagnant emotions, limiting beliefs -- and offer them to the ocean for transmutation. As the waves carry it away, you create space for clarity, renewal, and intention.
Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished.
*RSVP necessary. Event will be held outdoors. Yoga mats available. Bring water for hydration, a sweater and/or blanket/pillow for your comfort in the cool evening beach air, and a towel. We will also be enjoying time with far-infrared light therapies.
*Event will be held rain or shine. In the event of rain, the sound bath will be moved indoors.
