Reiki Sound Bath

Join us Friday evening, June 14th for an immersive Reiki sound bath and community gathering led by Megan Kamosi at the LUMINAE space in Berkeley, California!

Begin your weekend refreshed and recharged by letting the week's stress drift away during this restorative event.

Schedule:

Arrival and Tea: Option invitation to arrive 30 minutes early. This is a great opportunity to settle into the space, enjoy some tea, and foster community connections in the peaceful setting of Luminae Wellness. If you can't make it early, don't worry—there will be additional time for tea and sharing afterward.

Guided Visualization: At 7pm we'll start with a gentle guided visualization to calm the mind, clarify our intentions, and prepare the body to receive the healing frequencies of sound.

Reiki Sound Bath: Then we'll seamlessly transition in the immersive blend of Reiki healing and resonant sound waves. Allowing the soothing tones and nurturing Reiki energy to sweep away stress, while simultaneously refreshing and revitalizing your body, mind, soul, and spirit.

This session is a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and nurture yourself. It’s the perfect event for those looking to engage in practices of mindful conversation, deep relaxation, energy clearing, and embodiment.

Megan Kamosi (she/her) is a sound therapist, Reiki practitioner, and the founder of Humxn Tuning. As a skilled musician and space holder, Megan uses a variety of healing instruments to produce resonant frequencies that energetically align the body and enhance well-being. She is passionate about guiding soulful journeys with the transformative powers of sound and Reiki, helping individuals connect with their truth and embrace their wholeness.

Preparation:

You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket so that you are comfortable lying on the floor for the sound bath journey. We encourage you to arrive early and get settled in so that we can begin on time.

Location:

The LUMINAE space is located at 264 Arlington Ave in Berkeley/Kensington. Our entrance is at the porch on the left side of the building.
