Reiki Sound Bath

Join us for this relaxing & nourishing sound & healing experience! This event will support you in gentle relaxation, nervous system soothing, and an energetic cleansing & reset.

We'll open sacred space together, and then Kat will guide us in a brief Qigong-inspired self-massage practice, with the intention of beginning to open up your energy channels to receive the healing vibrations.

You'll then be invited to get cozy, fully relax and receive. Sarah will lead a short guided visualization while she and Kat begin the sound journey with various ambient & sacred instruments. This will be followed by a pure 30+ minutes of bliss with an immersive sound bath experience. You'll be relaxing in your inner world in a meditative state, while Sarah gives hands-on reiki healing to all attendees who'd like to receive it, with the assistance of her talented Reiki student and fellow community member, Emily Inahara.

This long and luxurious Reiki Sound Bath will include live, ambient instruments such as shruti box, singing bowls, chimes, drums, bells, and other vibrational sound medicines.

These gentle healing modalities will assist your body in relaxing, and in energetically releasing what you are ready to.

All are welcome - no experience necessary!

About Sarah (she/her):

Sarah Rayne is a queer witch, a healing artist, and a holder of sacred space. She alchemizes group magic & expands awareness through her ceremony + workshop offerings, and supports clients on their healing journeys through nourishing 1:1 sessions that include tarot readings, reiki energy healing, intuitive guidance, and/or sound healing. She is the founder and magician-in-chief of Firebird Healing Arts, and shares her magic locally in Portland, OR, as well as online, with the whole world.

About Kat (they/them):

Kat Brady is a Reiki Master, certified teacher of Qigong in the Ling Gui lineage, student of Chinese Medicine, and wellness event organizer. They offer Reiki treatments in their private practice as well as acupuncture treatments at the clinics of the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine where they are pursuing their first professional doctorate in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. They also host Reiki Sound Baths with their wife Sarah Rayne.

About Emily (she/her):

Emily Inahara (she/her) grew up in the PNW and has always loved connecting with others + exploring energy. In 2022, I pursued a journey in Reiki healing, and became Reiki II certified through Firebird. This journey has truly transformed my relationship with mind, body + spirit. I love to hold space for others to explore their own connections and experiences, and provide Reiki healing to further their own healing. I receive intuitive visions during sessions to guide where Reiki healing may be needed + to deepen your understanding of yourself.
