USUI REIKI RYOHO GAKKAI - Mind Body Improvement. Reiki for Natural Healing.
Your certification includes:
Reiki First Degree (Shoden)
• Meaning: “Shoden” in Japanese means “first teachings” or “beginner teachings.”
• Focus: The emphasis is on self-healing and learning to channel Reiki energy through the hands.
• Attunement: Students receive an attunement initiation from myself your Reiki Master Teacher, which opens their energy channels so Reiki flows more easily.
• Practices Learned:
• Hand positions for self-healing
• Hand positions for treating others (friends, family, pets)
• Reiki principles and energy fields
• Grounding and energy awareness.
• Purpose: Reiki I connects you to the universal life force energy. At this level, it’s about personal healing, working on others and balance in your professional practice.
• Duration: three evenings
After Reiki I, students are encouraged to practice self-healing daily for 21 days, and journal daily actions, called the “21-day cleansing process" to integrate the attunement and learnings.
