Join Missy and Dawn in this highly necessary and healing session. While relaxing in restorative yoga poses, you'll to treated to reiki and a concert of vibrations from crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, rain sticks, and many more soothing instruments.
This meditative experience will take you on a journey that fosters mind-body-connection and helps rejuvenate your whole being. You will leave feeling centered, balanced, and focused. Sound healing is a great complement to improving your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
