Reiki Refresh and Reconnect (Levels 1 & 2)

This 5-hour workshop is designed for Reiki Level 1 and 2 practitioners who want to reconnect with the foundations of their practice, rebuild confidence, and deepen their understanding of energy work in a clear, grounded way.

We’ll revisit core Reiki concepts including history, the five principles, energy flow, and the chakra system, along with practical techniques such as hand positions, gassho, byosen scanning, Reiji-ho, and Kenyoku (dry bathing).

You’ll also review Level 2 symbols and distance Reiki, with a focus on how to use them effectively in real practice. A key part of the workshop is understanding how to work with both the chakra system and the head–heart–hara alignment.

You’ll learn how the chakras offer a detailed energetic map, while head–heart–hara provides a simple, embodied way to stay grounded, present, and steady during sessions.

We’ll also explore what Reiki can be used for in a practical, realistic way—supporting relaxation, stress reduction, emotional processing, mental clarity, grounding, and overall energetic balance.

Beyond working directly with people, Reiki can also be used to support animals, living spaces, environments, transitions, and everyday life situations through intention and presence.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll take part in guided meditations, experiential exercises, and hands-on practice to strengthen intuition, sensitivity, and confidence in your work.

We’ll also explore how to structure a Reiki session, how to navigate common doubts, and how to integrate Reiki into daily life in a simple, sustainable way.

This is a supportive, hands-on space to refresh your skills, ask questions, and reconnect with Reiki.

Please note: No Reiki attunements will be provided during this workshop.
