Reiki Meditation and Fika December 7th 12-13:30
Join Alison for a workshop were we will combine the benefits of Reiki and Meditation. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique which boosts the bodies own capabilities to heal. Meditation, being present, slowing down and bringing awareness to your thoughts. Together the practices calm the nervous system, enhance relaxation, reduce anxiety, stress and promote healing.
What to excpect
A warm welcome and introductions. We will start with some breathwork and slow stretches to land into the session.
You will be guided into the Reiki meditation.
After the meditation we will enjoy a fika together and those who wish to, can share their experience.
Come As You Are
No prior experience is needed. Simply bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a notebook and pen with you.
