Paula, our esteemed Reiki Master, has been guiding students at Samma Karuna since 2015. With a rich background as a Registered Nurse, Yoga Teacher, and Intuitive Energy Practitioner, Paula brings a holistic approach to her teachings, deeply rooted in her magical Irish heritage.
Living on Koh Phangan island for the past 20 years, Paula has taught Reiki, yoga, and meditation, and provided individual Reiki sessions. Her expertise also includes African Reflexology, Kinesiology, and Flower Essence Therapy. Paula’s mission is to empower you to harness your inner power, understand vibrations, and master the art of reading energy through clairsentience, claircognizance, and more.
