Reiki Level One training is a century old activation of life force energy within, helping you to comprehend your place in the world, purpose, and abilities far beyond that of that governing mind. This intensive training is the first step to self actualisation infused with traditional Indian yogic philosophy, where you:
- Become attuned to frequency of energy healing awakening within you at a gentle level of self awareness
- Learn how to become a conduit of energy healing and opening up your psychic channels to receive intuitive insights
- Examine the chakra system and energy fields, and why its so important on the healing path
- Create rituals to guide and connect with your life force energy on daily basis
- Understand the story of Mikao Usui and the evolution of the lineage.
- The Five Reiki Principles (Precepts): The ethical foundation of Reiki.
- Hand Positions for practical self-treatment and treating others (family, friends, animals).
- Start challenging the concepts, structure, and beliefs that the mind has been holding
- Drop into your body and feel the connection to the divine feminine and divine masculine energies
- Deep trance like meditations that help you drop deep into the subconscious teamed with kundalini frequencies
- Light language activation of the third eye, heart, and crown chakras to help open your psychic senses
- Exploration of the psychic senses and learning how to connect with your intuition
- Sunday will be a mini-retreat day (3 hours), where you will start exploring higher frequency experiences
- Begin your 21 days of self-healing ascension practises with inner guidance, and passionate curiosity
Reiki level one is a vital step in understanding how to cultivate your life force energy, an opening portal to attune you with your higher self and spirit guides, and step into the realms of the higher consciousness as you begin to learn - who you really are.
I focus on creating intimate, small group settings where people can communicate easily, feeling seen and supported and comfortable in a home based setting where we will remain uninterrupted by the chaos of the outside world. Each small group training will host a maximum of 6 people. We will be making the most of my home based healing studio and living areas to provide comfort, spaciousness, and aligned intention of the deeply spiritual work we will be moving through.

- A 70 page Reiki Level One workbook with intensive research and hands on techniques
- Light refreshments, herbal teas, and snacks
- 4x Attunements to Usui Reiki Level One
- Practical Experience of hands-on practice giving and receiving Reiki
- Templates designed to help your self-healing process and integration

Finer Details
- Hours: This is an extensive, 2x day training which will be approximately 12 hours (including pre-reading)
- Times: Saturday 9:30am - 5:30pm | Sunday 9:30am - 12:30pm
- Preparation: 1 hour of pre-reading and homework
- Location: Avelin Street, Hampton
- Integration: Please allow 1 hour for 21 days after your attunements for self healing and reflection.
