LEVEL ONELevel One Reiki is a very gentle yet powerful introduction to the wonderful healing energy that is intrinsically part of the world we live in, yet is very often not accessed or fully harnessed. Reiki Level One is suitable for everyone, all you need is an open mind and heart and a desire to learn. No previous experience of energy work is necessary.
Level one focuses on self-healing and getting in touch with your own energy and the energy of the world around you. During the course you will be “attuned” to Reiki and shown how to use the healing energy of Reiki (literally translated from Japanese, Reiki means - “spiritually guided universal life-force energy”) to bring healing to yourself, friends and family, even pets, plants, food and projects. Amongst other things you will be introduced to the concept of chakras, dowsing and auras and how this connects with Reiki.
Once you have done your Level One Reiki your intuition will begin to expand, old blockages will begin to clear and you will feel more in the flow of your life. You will leave the course with a transformative and gentle healing tool constantly at your fingertips. We hope that the weekend will be both inspiring and enjoyable.
If you are interested in becoming a professional Reiki practitioner then you will need to do one more weekend course (reiki level 2).
