Usui Reiki Ryoho Level I Certification Class
This certification is an intimate in-person class from 9:00am - 1:30pm on Saturday and Sunday, June 20 & 21 taught by Reiki Master Melissa Harel located in Albany, CA. This class will be perfect if you are looking for a small intimate group and interested in healing yourself and/or others. The first Reiki class for many people is an opportunity to open up and allow healing to enter their lives. Students receive Reiki attunements discuss the history of Reiki learn the gokai (5 precepts of Reiki) learn hand placements and practice the basics of self-treatment.
Common benefits of Reiki include: pain management improved digestion better sleep relief from acute and chronic illness higher energy levels and a stronger immune system.
Scientific studies have documented a number of physiological benefits of Reiki such as reduced impact from stress and a shorter recovery time from injury or illness. Reiki supports every biological process and can bring lasting results.
