Reiki I is all about self-love and healing. It is the greatest gift you can give yourself on your healing journey.
In this 1-day session, led by Kristina Watanabe, RMT, you will learn the Usui lineage under the blanket of Holy Fire, developed by William Rand.
In place of attunements, you will receive Experiences and Placements. This is a very meditative way to receive Reiki. The energy comes directly from Source! Be sure to wear comfortable clothes!
You will learn how to clear a space, ground yourself, and clear yourself after a personal session.
Everyone should learn Reiki Level I. It is the best gift you can give yourself!
