Reiki Level 1" Awakening" — Shoden, is the sacred gateway where you open yourself to the universal life force energy. It is the moment when you begin to awaken the healer within, remembering that the power to restore, harmonize and transform has always lived inside you.
Reiki is a profound practice of spiritual alignment, emotional cleansing, and energetic strengthening.
During Level 1, you learn the foundations of Reiki, how to channel energy through your hands, how to ground your spirit, and how to offer healing for yourself.
You are going to learn the 1Reiki symbol.
It is the first step on a journey of connection, intuition, and inner awakening.
